The Production Line

Six steps. Same sequence.
Every product, every order.

The process doesn't change based on product or buyer.

01

Raw material intake

Virgin and recycled HDPE resin checked for melt index and density before the extruder.

02

Extrusion & weaving

Tape extruded and woven on circular looms to the buyer's specified GSM. Sampled per roll.

03

Lamination & UV

Single or double-side LDPE lamination with UV master-batch dosed per order specification.

04

Cutting & finishing

Eyelets, handles, hems and perforations to the buyer's drawing — not a stock size.

05

QC & lab test

GSM, tensile and UV sampled per lot. Results recorded against the order file.

06

Export packing

Palletised, labelled, documented and loaded to the buyer-confirmed container plan.

Lab Testing · ASTM Standards

Three tests, every lot,
before cutting begins.

In-line QC — results go to the buyer before balance payment.

GSM Verification

Weight per square metre measured against ordered spec. Tolerance held to ±5 GSM on every roll sampled.

ASTM D3776 · Per-roll

Tensile Strength

Warp and weft tensile tested to confirm fabric holds under loading conditions of the end use.

ASTM D5034 · Warp & weft

UV Stability

Accelerated UV testing confirms stabiliser dosage matches buyer's outdoor service life for the destination climate.

ASTM G154 · Accelerated

FAQ

What buyers ask
about quality.

How do I verify the material matches my specification?
Every lot is sampled during production. A pre-shipment swatch and lab report (GSM, UV, tensile) go to the buyer before the balance invoice is raised — so you confirm data, not a verbal assurance.
Can I get a sample before placing an export order?
Yes. We produce samples to the buyer's specification — not stock samples. Sample cost is deducted from the first commercial order.
What is the tolerance on GSM?
Standard commercial tolerance is ±5 GSM. For tighter requirements, third-party lab verification can be arranged at order confirmation.
Can a third-party inspector visit the factory?
Yes. Factory visits and pre-shipment inspection by SGS, Bureau Veritas or equivalent are standard. Coordinate through our export desk when placing the order.
What documentation is included with each shipment?
Standard set: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, lab test report. Additional certificates prepared on request at time of order.
